Hatha Yoga

I run balanced Hatha Yoga classes. I aim to achieve a balance between the mind, body and spirit through the use of:

  • asanas (postures);
  • pranayama (breathing techniques); and
  • meditation.

My Classes

I run classes in different locations every week

Friday Classes

At the Hainsworth Community Centre

Function Room 1

Classes are for one hour, every Friday from 9:30 am to 10:30 am

Saturday Classes

At the Hainsworth Community Centre

Music Room 2

Classes are for one hour, every Saturday from 08:30 am to 09:30 am
