I am a Yoga instructor who is keen to pass on the benefits that the yoga lifestyle has brought to me.
Welcome to my website.
I have always had a strong interest in my well-being. Yoga touched my life when I was very young after witnessing my mother’s positive experience with the practice. Over the years I have participated in a variety of yoga classes. For the last ten years my main focus has been on a balanced Hatha yoga practice. I was inspired by my practice and teachers to complete the IYTA Diploma of Yoga Teaching course in 2017. This aspect of my yoga journey led me to develop a keen interest in sharing the yoga experience by teaching. Subsequently through my involvement with seniors I discovered an interest in furthering my knowledge in this area. I consolidated this by completing the IYTA Seniors Chair Yoga course in 2019. In addition to Yoga and with encouragement from my father I have also maintained a keen interest in running which complements my yoga practice. My yoga philosophy is fundamentally based on well-being with a focus upon teaching, learning and enjoyment of life.
